“They’ll play this interview in 10 years and say ‘he called that, and that, and THAT!” ~Yeezy

“I wanted to take this step to say, we got this new thing called classicism, it’s racism’s cousin. This is what we do to hold people back. And we got this other thing that’s been working for a long time, where you don’t have to be racist anymore it’s called self hate. It’s like the real estate of racism. When someone comes up and says something like, ‘I am a God,’ everybody says, who does he think he is? I JUST TOLD YOU WHO I THOUGHT I WAS! I’M A GOD! Would it have been better if I had a song that said I am a NIGGA? Or I am a GANGSTA? Or I am a PIMP? All those colors fit better on a person like me, right? But to say you’re a GOD, especially when you got shipped over to the country that you’re in, and your last name is a slave owners, how could you say that? How could you have that mentality? I always feel like I can do ANYTHING. That’s the main thing people are controlled by. They’re slowed down by the perception of themselves. I was taught I could do EVERYTHING. And I’m Kanye West at age 36.”

Kanye is one of the most multi-talented individuals out there. It’s sad that no company wants to give him a chance to design clothes, he would have some great designs.

  3. I fucking love Kanye. I do not always agree with him, but he is one of the few mainstream artists out there I hold close to my heart. He IS Kanye West and that’s it… that’s all he needs to be, and he’s true to himself.
